Teema-Talot Oy/ Theme-House Ltd is a privately owned Finnish construction company. Our production and office premises are located in Seinäjoki, a city in Western Finland.

Teema-Talot delivers One-Family houses, rowhouses, industrial or other buildings made of large prefabricated wall elements. The elements have a wooden frame, and if the house will have wooden cladding, it can be assembled in the elements already in the factory. Our delivery usually consists of wall elements, roof trusses, materials for wall and roof cladding, other timber materials, internal wall materials, etc. The detailed contents are agreed case by case.

Teema-Talot has delivered prefabricated timber frame houses since 1985, and is known of good quality and accurate delivery time. We have several years of experience of export, and 10-30 % of our deliveries are built in foreign countries.
